The Crosmaz & Brown Emporium is an umbrella company uniting several family artisans. Each member of the family contributes their own unique talents to the mix, Gayle Crosmaz-Brown, is an artist and energy healer and Jerry Brown, an artisan in wood is a builder and renovator of vintage and Victorian homes. Daughters, Nicole Field works in metal designing furniture, accessories, as well as chain mail clothing, Natalie Crosmaz-Brown is a jazz singer, Lezly-Ann Crosmaz-Brown is a vocalist of various styles and artist, painting murals and signs and grand daughter Patience is a aspiring energy healer.
With over 30 years experience in art, fashion and wood working, the members of the emporium bring creativity into dressing your home, work place or your body. Jerry, working locally, restores your vintage real estate investment to its original condition while upgrading it into the modern world. Nicole, with one foot in the medieval times, can create a chain mail piece right out of history. Natalie, with her booming voice, delights the crowd when she sings jazz. Lezly-Ann, singing everything from country classics, old rock to jazz can also whip out the paintbrush and create a piece of art.
While on your drive through the countryside to visit the Crosmaz & Brown Emporium, take in the art tour provided on the art tour map. The map will show you how to find all the murals painted by Gayle and Lezly-Ann in the surrounding counties.
"Zhii" is a name so ancient that it spreads across Africa, China and The First Nations People of North America. In North America, along the Yukon-Alaskan boarder, for the First Nations People, Tsee Zhii refers to the "Yellow Pond Lilly" used as a healing plant. In a past life on Vancouver Island many thousands of years ago, my name was Zhii. I use Zhii today as my pen name for my personal-journey daily journal. I will share my everyday struggles as a growing healer to help others know that they are not alone in their struggles to understand what they are going through and to not be discouraged. I have discovered that we are all "Wounded Healers" which is all about re-experiencing the pain of the challenge (past or present life), releasing that pain into the universe with inner healing and then transforming or learning a lesson from that experience.
